Returns & Refund Policy
Returns:
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Have all tags attached and be in original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return:
• Email us at support@wirenation.store with your order number and reason for return.
• Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.
• Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds:
• Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items:
• Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@wirenation.store with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
